International Ontological Center moves to Ojai, California

Earlier this year The Prosperos entered into negotiations with World University regarding possible use of their space in Ojai, California to house the International Ontological Center. After several years of getting by with our operations mostly in storage, it was deemed time to take a new direction, picking up on an initiative by long-time student Greta Balayan.

In conversations about the move, the Dean and Trustees examined the ramifications of the move in great detail. Ojai has great meaning in spiritual studies because of its unique character and especially because of Krishnamurti's long presence there. This was certainly a factor. Moreover, a series of meetings with the governing board of World University convinced us that there were many areas of convergence where the two organizations could help each other transition into new roles in their respective domains.
